Black Technical and Professional Communication is defined as ”practices that are centered around community, culture, rhetorical practices inherent in the lived experience. TPC reflective of cultural, economic, social, political experiences people across Diaspora” (Black Taskforce). This special issue emphasizes importance valuing fundamental to developing a comprehensive understanding technical professional communication.
